Shipping Policy

 

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is 100% free on all orders — there is no minimum. Every order ships fully tracked at no extra cost.

 

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your purchase.

 

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

 

Order tracking

A tracking link is emailed the moment your order is on its way. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are unable to reroute a package once it has shipped.

 

Delays, lost, or damaged orders

Carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, simply contact us with your order number (and photos where applicable) and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
